Printable Order Form

If you don't wish to order through our online shopping cart and PayPal, you may order using the printable order form provided in the link below and by following these instructions. This is for mail-in orders only. We accept payment with a check or credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express).

• Print out the attached order form.
• Enter the information requested on the form. Please write legibly.
• Please make sure your email address is correct and that your email filters can accept mail from Orders(at)SoapByJudy(dot)com
  
• For Check payments please make your check out to Soap by Judy LLC
• For Credit Card payments please make sure you fill in all of the Credit Card information requested on the order form.
  
• Send your completed printed order form with your check or credit card information to:

  and we will process your order. 
• You will receive an email from us when we have received this order. 
• We will ship your order after your check payment is received and your check clears our account or when your credit card is processed.  
• You will receive another email from us when we ship your order.
